Did Eric Cartman really grind up some kids parents and feed them to the kid in some chili?

Eric Cartman from the South Park cartoon always mentions how he ground up some kids parents and fed them to that kid in some chili. This is an example Eric gives of how bad he really is. I have never seen the episode where this happened. Is this just a story Eric made up or did he really do this on the show. If he did what episode was it in?

Yes. It was an older kid who had been giving him a hard time. Cartman grinds up the kid's parents, and tricks the kid into eating them as part of an elaborate plan to make him cry, and be embarrassed in front of Radiohead (the kid's favorite band).

It was episode 501 "Scott Tenorman Must Die"

he actually ground up Scott Tederman's parents because Cartman was mad that Scott wouldn't take back the pubes he sold Cartman. He then tricked Cartman into doing a dance saying he's a piggy while Scott taped it.
