POLL: Family Guy or The Simpsons?

The Simpsons The Simpsons is a satirical parody set in the fictional town of Springfield, and uses many aspects of the human condition including American culture, society, and tv. It follows the middle class family led by Homer Simpson, through all of their adventures.

Ok, Lets compare the Simpson's first 9 seasons with family guy 9 seasons
Of course the Simpsons is WAY much funnier than the family guy.And i think the whole idea of the family guy is taken from the Simpson's
I watch the both shows and i know that the new the Simpson's episodes is not as good as before
but do you think they will make the family guy 10 yrs from now and if they did i don't think it will be as good as now.
The Simpson's is the best thing that happened in the history of TV besides Seinfeld and friends!
