Where can I watch One Tree Hill episodes?

I am searching for One Tree Hill season 3 episode 16. Anyone have any sites I can watch that for free?

The Soap Network shows way too many episodes of One Tree Hill. That is how I got through the series myself. If you want to start from the beginning you might have to wait a month at the most, but then you will get two episodes a day til you are caught up. Of course, I would pick up a DVD here and there. Another option is Netflix. It is cheap and then you can go at your own pace. After One Tree Hill, the OC is pretty good too.
