LostLost follows the plane crash survivors lives on a strange mystical island, after a commercial passenger plane traveling between Sydney, Australia and Los Angeles, United States crashes in the ocean of the South Pacific. Every episode usually features a main storyline on the island, followed by a secondary storyline from another time in a character's life.
I'm not asking for theories about the Dharma Initiative or Alvar Hanso or The Others. This is a question about the show itself. We all know that we are being told a story, agreed? I almost feel ashamed of how much I am wrapped up in this show. What is it about"Lost"that has struck a chord with so many of us? Are we somehow relating to the characters or what? What is really so special about a show that raises a continual series of questions just for the sake of being watched every week?
well for me i have a burning need for answers. i will ask any question without feeling stupid just so i can get an answer. i always want to know. so it's not the questions that keep me coming back, it's the answers.
dude, dont worry about it, i think a drunk/high guy wrote the script and submitted it to abc, but yea, i'm totally hooked, all of the show is so freakin messed up that you jst got to keep watching
Yeah hey its so true most of us are hooked on that show. It's definitely the way they structure the show. They want us coming back for more so they leave the space open for us to imagine what would happen next, so really the fact that they leave so many unanswered questions!!
