The Hatch and the Dharma Initiative (LOST)?

Lost Lost follows the plane crash survivors lives on a strange mystical island, after a commercial passenger plane traveling between Sydney, Australia and Los Angeles, United States crashes in the ocean of the South Pacific. Every episode usually features a main storyline on the island, followed by a secondary storyline from another time in a character's life.

What do you guys think the"incident"was in LOST where they have to type the numbers in the MicroComputer? Could it have to do with the sealed wall in the hatch???
