Lost TV series - Downloaded the Dharma Initiative Countdown Clock?

I wasn't really sure where to post this put here goes: Someone sent me a Dharma Initiave file and said I'd have to download the NET Framework Version 1.1 Redistributable Package in order to run the file. I downloaded the program... and nothing.. The countdown clock is just there stationary... and every now and again one digit moves! Is that it? Or have I done something wrong. Help! Computer idiot here!

the digits wouldn't even move at all for me. probably a good thing, I've got too many things to do to sit there and punch in the code ever 108 minutes. and who is going to stop using their computer for any other application (see training video).here is an interesting fact: the numbers punched in add up to 108. bf skinner experiments were to get animals and people to do things for no particular reason.
