Will the new Knight Rider movie be the start of a new series ?

I know the Knight Rider movie is airing tonight but I was wondering if they will be continuing it as a series after the initial movie tonight ?

In the age of 1000 cable channels, 13-16 million viewers would almost guarantee 20 episodes will air this fall, 10-12 million would promise 10-13 episodes, 9 million viewers or less...try again in 10 years!***EDIT*** Tuesday 2/19/08 on ew.com:The Knight Rider movie got 12.7 million viewers Sunday night, so I guess we will see the new KITT this fall after all...

i just finished the movie just now...and i think it was great...if it said"guest star with The Hoff"...then that gives you a hint that their will be a series..i like it...

We may get the Nielson ratings sooner, but NBC probably won't announce their decision to pick this up as a series for a couple of months. May not take that long, but I think in April the networks start planning their fall schedules.
