Why Did they Choose Lauren Conrad to be on laguna beach?

Why would they choose Lauren? they could have choose ANYONE?

well it wasn't like she was only 1, the picked the best people (as in all the kids) and put them together, if u remember. Kristin cavalry was actually prob the fave pic as she was the one every1 focused on, but maybe they saw bigger potential in Lauren???

They did a bunch of interviews from a few different schools in the area and picked the group that had the most drama. Lauren and Stephen and Kristin love triangle.

Lauren just happened to be one of the characters that people liked better so that's why she is what she is today. Kristin and Stephen and famous too though. She dated Nick Lachey after Jessica Simpson and he dated Hayden Panetterie before Milo did.
