where I'm from, it started in '97 i believe. and it was/ is super popular here, which is Georgia, u.s.
The channel is first came on was fox. but they treated it like crap pretty much, and it's just shown on Adult Swim in syndication.
and i have no idea why they changed the name for Britain. maybe it's a reference for something they wouldn't get?

King of the Hill makes fun of no one. It just has funny characters in there, like Dale and Bill. In the US Central time zone, it comes on Adult Swim at 9 PM, every night.
