Are Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag returning to do the 4th season of The Hills?

I know LC hates them but MTV runs the show. It's sad but they are interesting in a pathetic sort of way.

Nope, Heidi and Spencer won't be back, it's rumored that the only way to get LC to return for a 4th season was to get rid of Heidi.Maybe Heidi and Spence can have their own spin-off show.
