Grey's Anatomy Grey’s Anatomy is an American primetime television medical drama inspired by the classic medical book "Gray's Anatomy". The series is about Dr. Meredith Grey who began the show working as a surgical intern in Seattle, Washington at the Seattle Grace Hospital.

I thought so! I saw it after the commercial but I couldn't even wait for the commercial break to know. This is one crazy season finale!
