When does Desperate Housewives air in America?

Here in Ireland it airs every Tuesday at 10.00pm and I just watched the most recent one which was with the whole big fire incident. In Britain it doesn't air until the Sunday though almost a week later. I was just wondering when it aired in America and what episode they're on?

I watch it sunday nights at 9pm and we are a week after the fire
