Why was the next episode of Desperate housewives not aired in America last night?

Desperate Housewives Desperate Housewives takes place on the street of Wisteria Lane in the ficticious American city of Fairview, Eagle State. It takes a lot at the lives of a set of women and their families, told through the voice of their deceased friend, as they live through domestic challenges and life. They face the scandals, problems, and secrets locked behind the doors of what appears to be their perfect suburban neighborhood.

i watch it online so i'm up to eppy 9 but i found out it wasn't released last night, how come?

There was some music awards show on at that time. I wanted to watch DH as well, and was disappointed that it wasn't on.

It's possible they're on a break for Thanksgiving. Some shows stop for a week because there's lots of Thanksgiving specials and such aired.
