iTunes: How come iTunes Dousn't have all the videos of an artisit or TV show (Seasons)?CSI:NY (Show): Whitch is the episode/season when Nelly Furtado stars in?

According to her imdb listing she played Ava Brandt in the episode'Some Buried Bones'.
