Californication - the tv show?

I absolutely leveeEEOhe show! I think its brilliant. What are your thoughts? Whose your favorite characters/episodes/quotes? I love Hank and Marcy.

I think it is one of the most original pieces I have had the pleasure of watching in recent years. It had me hooked after the very first episode when Mia punched out Hank. When I found out Mia was the same girl who used to play that little girl on the Nanny I was amazed but it made the 16 year old thing all the more believable. Every character in this show is well crafted. Marcy is funny. I liked her in Lucky Liouie but this role is better because she does not have to carry the whole show. personally I think Becka is the best role if you really want to grow in a character. She gets profound dialog both straight and comedic. Whoever is writing that stuff is doing it right. Charlie is good too. He gets into amazing situations, almost as many as Hank. And now there is Daisy. A porn star in this storyline is perfect.

The best episode was the squirting boxer. That was simply hilarious.

The best line was "Father why is there an naked lady in your bedroom?...."

Yeah, Hank and Marcy are my favorites too! I kind of stumbled upon the show. I was surfing through the Showtime Shows on Demand and saw David Duchovney and as a rule I at least check out whatever movie/show he is in and I completely fell in love with it! It is very original and I think the cast is wonderful!
