after i went #2 i noticed a burning stracth like feeling near my anus? PLEASE HELP! what is this?

Burn Notice Burn Notice is an USA TV drama series ahout the burn notices issued by US intelligence agencies to discredit or announce the dismissal of individuals such as agents or informants who have become unreliable. yesterday i did #2 and noticed a scar like feeling near my anus (NEAR NOT IN) and the #2 was hard. and when ever i used the bathroom to pee after this it was very uncomfortable. i have been drinking nothing but water for the past 5days so whats up? please help! what do you think this could be?

You were problem constipated. When you pushed you may have caused a small cut on your anus.
