who produces Big Brother TV programme?

Big Brother Big Brother is an American reality tv show where the housemates attempt to win a large sum of cash by avoiding periodic evictions which would kick them out of the house. All of the members live together and are monitored by TV cameras planted all around the house. The show last 3 months and there are usually less than 16 participants.
