1) Suck in your boogers instead of blowing them
2) Keep sucking until the boogers are so far up, they are in your eyes
3) Hang yourself by the feet from the ceiling and push your eyes out of their sockets until they are hanging down
4) Let them hang until your boogers fall off of them
5) Jerk your head backwards so your eyes can be pulled back into your head
