Should I try out for America's Next Top Model?

I am 5'6. Auditions are gonna be in my area in a couple of weeks. Should I even bother going or will I get turned away immediately. On the application it says judges can make exceptions.

well, that's fairly short for a model. 5'7 is usually the shortest. but there's no harm in trying! definitely go, you never know.

But yeah, alto of models before tried out and were under 5'7 and still got in. Please disregard the negative comments you might get. But this is a once-in-a-lifetime chance. If you don't make it, important thing is to remember you should keep your head up high and don't give up.

I think girls your height are very feminine and should be models, but the modeling world wants it models to be able to play basketball as well as doing the regular modeling jobs. Sorry

I remember this one girl she was 5'8 and got eliminated because of her height. Sorry. But I think it's wrong to discriminate by height. I know they want tall models but I thought that girl was really Good.

I don't know if they will. But what could it hurt. You follow your heart and you just go do what you want, don't let them intimidate you.
