I've watched all the way up to the middle of season three, and I thought I knew enough to watch the season premiere tonight but I'm ALL LOST, I really don't want to sit through 80 episodes of all the seasons and can't even find spoilers. So where should I start that won't take me long to catch up and understand everything that's going on?

OR someone can just give me the rundown of what had happened since season 3.
